Yes, there will be a service for disabled persons needing a ride with non electrical wheel chairs. Most drivers will be able to accept rides with one mechanical wheel chair depending on the vehicle that’s is chosen. Some may require an upgraded ride for availability and size of the vehicle. Note: some fees may apply.
Yes, all driver are required to have a background check. If the driver is servicing the airport there will be special requirements. The airport will require additional requirements from drivers.
1: you must have a finger print background check and be approved. (Free of charge from the airport security Phoenix sky harbor)
2: you must be able to pick up any person with a disability and store a wheel chair in your vehicle along with 1 piece of luggage up to 26”x 19” Note: See airport requirements in terms and conditions.
Yes, if you have not used the app in the month you have paid for the APP service fee you can get a full refund for that month. (Passenger) there is no monthly or yearly service fee. The app is free to all customers using AXXYL for a trip to there destinations.
